Cabarsican village captain Henry Nullar together with the barangay officials and health workers received their Certificate of Recognition for being a Dengue-Free Barangay during the kick-off of the Dengue Awareness Month celebration on June 7, 2017 at the Barangay Catbangen Covered Court, San Fernando City, La Union.
