Dolores Dilinila, mother of the late City Engineers Office electrician Miguel Dilinila Jr., receives the Programs on Awards and Incentives (PRAISE) Committee Award of Recognition (Posthumous) when the latter died while on the performance of his official duty. Dilinila died from a stray bullet from suspected illegal drug personalities during a drug bust operation conducted by police authorities. BONG CAYABYAB
