The City Government of Baguio and its civil society and private sector partners affirmed support to the Department of Interior Local Government’s “Disiplina Muna” advocacy campaign during the launching ceremony at City Hall on Monday (July 27). Here, Congressman Mark Go and DILG Cordillera Regional Director Marlo Iringan led the pledge of support during the launching ceremony.
The DILG “Disiplina Muna” advocacy aims to instill the virtue of discipline as a key strategy in ensuring good governance and active citizens’ participation towards nation building. The campaign is anchored on 7 pillars of messaging, namely Road Clearing, Disaster Preparedness and Resilience, Anti – smoking, Ease of Doing Business, Liquor Ban, Environmental or tourist spots cleanup, and Anti – Drug Abuse Campaign.
