Baguio City Police Office personnel escorted the cargo truck that brought the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccines to the city of Baguio to ensure safety and ensure the prompt delivery of the first vaccines against the COVID-19 in the Cordillera region.
These vaccines that arrived in the Cordillera region will be provided to the more than 3,000 health workers in the region who have been battling the COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic last year.
The health workers are among the priority Group A identified to be provided by the COVID-19 vaccines once it becomes available.
