DOLE-CAR Assistant Regional Director Jesus Atal, DOLE Baguio-Benguet Field Office Head Emerito Narag and Baguio City Mayor Public Employment and Services Office Manager Marlene De Castro with representatives of various companies in the city signed the Memorandum of Agreement for the Jobstart Philippine Program to be implemented in the city of Baguio which aims to enhance the knowledge and skills acquired by job seekers in formal education or technical training, develop the life skills of the youth including those relevant to the values of professionalism and work appreciation.

The program is funded by the Government of Canada with Technical Assistance from the Asia Development Bank.
