PDEA-Cordillera information officer Atty. Joseph Frederick Calulut (right) explained that with only 82 PDEA agents in the region, the level of awareness on drug abuse prevention and control is being monitored with the help of the Barangay Drug Council and that they need the participation of community in the anti-drug campaign.
