Baguio City Jail Female Dorm Warden J/SInsp April Rose Ayangwa, during the 3rd Quarter Service Provider Summit assured a drug-free facility, both personnel and PDLs (Persons Deprive with Liberty). Ayangwa also presented their accomplishments and scheduled activities for the next three months to the summit participants that include representatives of religious groups, civil society organizations and selected regional line agencies.
