Senior citizen Ana Amoy Taag, 92-years old, of Labueg in Kapangan receives the P5,500 cash assistance from DSWD Under secretary Jose Ernesto Gaviola during the house-to-house delivery of the Emergency Subsidy Program – Social Amelioration Program in Kapangan, Benguet on Tuesday, June 16.
Kapangan was the first town who received their pay-out for its “waitlisted” beneficiaries under the SAP as support of the government during the COVID-19 pandemic.
