City of Baguio leads the float of parade with the creepy hands but Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan emphasized that this symbolizes the concern in the hands of the city calling all residents, regardless of tribal origins and religious beliefs, to continue to work together and cooperate to protect the environment during the grand floral float parade last February 26, 2017 as part of the 22nd edition of Baguio Flower Festival (Panagbenga 2017) with the theme “Inspired by beauty, nurtured by nature”.
