It’s summer time, and thousands of visitors will flock anew to Baguio City the country’s Summer Capital experience up-and-down hills, feel the fresh pine breeze, and taste fresh produced highland
vegetables. Years, the city saw the growth of business establishments such as malls, hotels, condominiums, call centers, logistics hubs, coffee shops and restaurants.

The metropolis way of life, people are drawn to countless food establishments, offering different types of foods for everyone to savor. In 2022, Valencia’s conquered the “Hill” (Baguio) opened at Outlook Drive , a few meters away behind Mansion House (Presidential Summer Residence). By chance, this writer and companion saw Valencia’s, curious about the place, we approached, and a warm smile greeted us by one of the staff.

Inside, we saw a clean and American – Spanish-like house turned into a restaurant. In a brief stay, amiable Ezra, operations staff, gave us a tour. Wow, what a mountain view at Valencia’s veranda.. surrounded by tall pine trees, the afternoon fog made it serene. While a number of customers enjoy the sumptuous foods like its SIGNATURE PAELLA. When in Baguio a visit to Valencia’s worth an experience.
