Mayor Mauricio Domogan paid tribute to the late City Councilor Roberto Ortega alias Markang Bungo during the wake and necrological service at the session hall of the Baguio City Hall on Wednesday night (August 2). The 78-year old councilor, also a former city police chief known for fighting crimes and corrupt policemen, passed away last July 30. Zaldy Comanda
