Filipina Flight Attendant Commended

Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega presents a Resolution of Commendation (SP res. No 574-2019) to Kathleen Joy Nonan, represented by her father, Punong Barangay Alexander Nonan, and her sister, Marianne Kristelle Nonan during the 12th Regular Session of the 22nd Sangguniang Panlalawigan at the SP Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. Said resolution was approved to extend recognition and commendation to the heroic act of Ms. Nonan, a flight attendant from Barangay Dili, Bauang, La Union who assisted in the delivery of a baby boy at 39,000 feet above sea level during a Qatar Airways Manila Flight QR 934 on July 9, 2019.
