A thick foggy cloud tries to cover a portion of the Magsaysay Avenue Flyover last week.
The City Government of Baguio is set to implement a new traffic scheme along the Magsaysay Avenue Flyover starting on June 15, 2020 to try to ease the traffic jam and build up along the area of Magsaysay Avenue particularly those going to La Trinidad from Baguio City and vice versa. RMC PIA-CAR
