Camp John Hay in Baguio City has one of the well preserved pristine Pine Forest an iconic destination in the North. Forest Bathing is the practice of basking in the sights, smells, and sounds of a natural setting to improve physiological and psychological health, basically a leisurely trek in a forest within the confines of tree stands. As Department of Tourism Cordillera Administrative Region Director Marie Venus Q. Tan enjoins trekkers in a walk thru at the Camp John Hay Eco-trail at the launching of the DOT CAR and Camp John Hay’s Forest Bathing activities. DAVE LEPROZO
