Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Secretary Gringo B. Honasan II and Baguio City Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong (center) shows to local journalist after signing the Memorandum of Agreement of the Baguio City Free Public Wi-Fi and city Broadband Network.
This MOA likewise aims for the DICT to be a catalyst in furthering the inclusive and pervasive broadband penetration and connectivity in the city. The Free Wi-Fi for all project in public places and State Universities and Colleges project is one of the key strategies in building and enhancing the existing digital infrastructure in the country.
