University of the Cordilleras Project Helen through former project director and retired vice president for administration Dr. Leonarda Aguinalde and HELEN CSR UC representative Nova Baldo give away gifts to more than 150 recipients from Baguio City Hall’s POSD law enforcers, gardeners, street sweepers, drivers and City Hall clients.

The UC Project Helen donated t-shirts, computer mouse, leg gaiters, hand massage gloves, band aids, kiddie ball caps, and slippers which were entrusted to the Mayor’s Public Information Office on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 while same donations were given to Baguio General Hospital chief administration officer Priscilla Galiste for their mental patients.
