Local Government Unit of the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet under the leadership of the Honorable Mayor Romeo K. Salda was given the “ Gawad Kalikasan Award” by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the invaluable leadership, commitment, and dedication in the implementation of environmental laws, programs and activities that contributed to community health, economic upliftment, increased environmental protection and awareness and ecological stability on June 30, 2022.
