Ronnie Evangelista and his deputy BGen Bartolome Bacarro were charge after the NBI named them in their investigation in PMA Hazing death of Fouth Class Cadet Darwin Dormitorio. Private prosecutor Jose Adrian Bonifacio accompanies Dexter the older of Darwin in filing cases against the two general at Baguio City Prosecutors Office, Monday afternoon. City Prosecutor Margarita Manalo, Head of the Panel of Prosecutors handling the case swears Dexter on their new complaint.
