Mayor Benjamin Magalong with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and city council members extends it’s profound congratulations to Ryan James E. Valdez for winning First Runner Up in the Ginoong Pilipinas 2024 Pageant that was held on July 18, 2024 in Makati City. Mr. Valdez received the framed copy of Resolution Numbered 470 (Series of 2024) during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds. His achievement in the Pageant brings great pride and honor to Baguio City and Cordilleras, serving as inspiration to the many.
