Lawyer Edgar Avila (right) from the St Teresa De Avila Foundation donated a wheelchair to Pedto Dumanog from Imelda Marcos Barangay.
Receiving the wheelchair is Rose Dumanog, Erallo, daughter of the beneficiary assisted by neighbor Celo Soriano.
Avila and their foundation has been donating wheelchairs to those persons with disabilities .
