PLT Rufino T. Tarnate and PEMS Freddie W. Langpawan handed over to the rightful owner her lost and found wallet containing PhP23,820.00 and assorted IDs. Said wallet was lost by the owner in front of the La Trinidad Sunrise Trading, KM 6 Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet and was found and recovered by PEMS Langpawan who was on duty near the Pedxing fronting PCP 2.
