City of Baguio gears up for IBAGIW FESTIVAL 2021, The City is set to hold the Fourth Edition of the renowned celebration, IBAGIW CREATIVE FESTIVAL with the Theme: “CREATE, INTERGRATE, ELEVATE.” for the whole month of November 2021.
