IBAGIW FESTIVAL

The City is set to hold the Fourth Edition of the Renowned Celebration; IBAGIW CREATIVE FESTIVAL, with the Theme: “CREATE, INTERGRATE, ELEVATE.” for the whole month of November 2021.
