The memorandum of agreement was signed by the implementing partners for S&T Action Frontline for Emergencies & Hazards (SAFE) Program: disaster risk reduction on climate Change impacts on agricultural farms in CAR and the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) Program: enhancing technology transfer & commercialization of agri-aqua technologies with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) and Benguet State University (BSU) last September 15, 2017 at Albergo Hotel in Baguio City.
