PRO Cordillera Deputy Regional Director for Operations, Col.Elmer Ragay, conducted inspection of the vital zones in the city of Baguio, on December 31 to ensure the security of the public this holiday season. During the inspection, Ragay PCOL personally inspected the police officers deployed in the Central Business District, Botanical Garden, and Lions Head, and reiterated to them the directives from the National Headquarters on the strict implementation of guidelines on the sale, manufacture, distribution and use of firecrackers, and against indiscriminate firing.
