Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Marie Rafael-Banaag looks at the products produced by female inmates at the Baguio City Jail as she discusses with the jail guards the programs of the department assisting in the promotion and marketing of livelihood items. Aside from livelihood promotion, the agency also aids by looking at the status of the cases of the inmates for possible recommendation for parole or probation.
