Itogon LGU representatives attend five-day Integrated Planning course/seminar on Incident Command System conducted by the Office of National Defense and the Office of the Civil Defense Cordillera Administrative Region at ITC Bua, Itogon, Benguet on June 24-29, 2019, in order to learn how to properly manage incidents and to know know who to get in touch with in times of disaster.
