Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III joins the indignation rally against the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), the New People’s Army and the National Democratic Front on December 26, 2019 in front of City Hall, City of San Fernando, La Union. Part of the indignation rally was the Burning of CPP flag and tarpaulins.
