Fragrances and different kind of flowers starred in the center of Session Road and became garden in the sky witnessed by thousands of visitors during the highlights of the 22nd year of Baguio Flower Festival (Panagbenga), the grand street dancing and grand floral float parade last February 25 and 26, 2017 for this year’s theme “Inspired by beauty, nurtured by nature.
