Victor Bacquian of Barangay Tawang in La Trinidad was installed as the new Indigenous People Mandatory Representative (IPMR) to the Sangguniang Barangay.
Mayor Romeo Salda administered his oath of office as witnessed by Vice Mayor Roderick Awingan.
Mandatory representatives who sit in various local legislative bodies represent the general concerns and welfare of all the Indigenous Cultural Communities and Indigenous Peoples.
