(APSA 103): Eric Andal, vice president Geology and Exploration of Apex acquired ISRI clarifies their company’s mining grounds during the recent emergency meeting by Itogon’s Council of Elders regarding the supposed signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA).Andal claims that they conducted proper consultations-negotiations with affected barangays for almost six months leading to the draft MoA.
