The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Cordillera (BFAR-CAR) joined other government agencies in the celebration of National Women’s Month and in support of Republic Act 6949 series of 1990, which declares March 8 as National Women’s Day, through a parade and simple ceremony at PFVR Gymnasium, Military Cut-off, Baguio City.
