The Youth Development Office and SK Federation jointly conducted the Capability Building and Awarding Program for SK Officials and LT Youth Council. The activity aimed to capacitate the young leaders and recognize their contributions to the community. Also, the group reviewed and
updated the Local Youth Development Plan. Municipal Mayor Romeo Salda, Vice-Mayor Roderick
Awingan and PLYDO Francis Likigan inspired the youth by sharing their motivating messages and they provided informative discussions.
