Its mission to provide legislations for responsive public service. Vice Mayor Roderick Awingan leads the series of activities to mark the fourth edition of the annual program. Awingan delivered his State of the Sangguniang Bayan Address while members of the council gave out their accomplishment reports and legislative agenda to culminate the event held on Monday (Dec.12) at the municipal multi-purpose gym.
