Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company signed new Collective Bargaining Agreements on October 26, 2022 with the two workers union in Lepanto Mine Division . The CBA with Lepanto Local Employees Union led by Union President Walden Lappadic with its Counsel Lawyer Mauricio Domogan. The CBA with Lepanto Local Staff Union with its President Ariel Candelario with its Counsel Lawyer Reenan Olarte The LCMC management was led by its President Bryan Yap and Vice-President Knestor Godino and Resident Manager Magellan Bagayao .Witnessing are from DOLE-CAR Assist. Regional Director Emerito Narag, Lawyet Anthony Wooden, Gabriel Bayao from NCMB-CAR, and Lyla Tacio Labor & Employment Officer.
