Towards industrial peace. The Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company led by its President Bryan Spencer Yap along with Johnny Bayobay President of Lepanto Local Employees Union and Ariel Candelario President of Lepanto Local Staff Union signed the CBA at Baguio Country Club on July 5, 2024. With them are Knestor Jose Godino, LCMC Vice-President, former Mayor Mauricio Domogan, Regional Director Nathan Lacambra of Department of Labor and Employment, Ronda T.Doctor Malimban, Regional Branch Director NCMB-CAR and other employees of the mining company.
