Director Abdullah Abel S. Macarimpas, Past Director NCMF National Commission of Muslim Filipinos, National President (NP) of the Brotherhood of Brave Maharlikan Tiger (BBM TIGERS) received plaque of appreciation in behalf of former Interior Secretary Benjamin “Benhur” Abalos who supposedly the guest speaker of the Iloilo Provincial Barangay Congress 2025 with the theme “ Community Security and Resiliencies towards sustainable Governance “. Macarimpas also delivered the speech of Abalos emphasizing the strengthening of local governance. Around 720 attendees from Iloilo participated in the Barangay Congress held last March 3, 2025 at Hotel Supreme.
