LITTER-OBSTRUCTED SIDEWALK AT KAYANG-HILLTOP DISCOVERED, CLEANED BY POSD

Our roving team has observed an impassable sidewalk along Kayang-Hilltop Road obstructed by a heap of
rubbish. Eventually, our enforcers discovered that it had become a drinking area by a group of market
laborers leaving their garbage all over the place. The team has consequently warned some of those involved in befouling the sidewalk and has already cleaned the area twice. The trash collected was directly transported to the Marcos Highway Waste Transfer Station.
