Councilor Vladimir Cayabas (extreme right) leads the payout (fifth batch) of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged (TUPAD) in the form of wages to 1k local beneficiaries from 103 barangays. George Lubin(extreme left), head of Baguio-Benguet Field Office of the Department of Labor and Employment-Cordillera (DOLE-CAR) together with his and the city councilor’s staff assisted in the activity held on June 15 at Baguio Central School’s covered court.
