Mayor Mauricio Domogan assisted by the members of the City Council led by SP Committee Chairman on Health and Sanitation, Ecology and Environmental Protection Councilor Elaine Sembrano cut the ceremonial ribbon at the city hall lobby exhibit featuring art works and handicraft made out of recyclable materials serving as livelihood projects of various women organizations in the city in observance of World Earth Day.
