Being a martial arts practitioner himself, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III strikes a fighting pose with students from the Shotokan Martial Arts Center on September 28, 2017 at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The karatedo players, who come from different schools of La Union, have won 14 medals in total during the Little Milo Olympics North and Central Luzon Leg held in Baguio City on September 10, 2017.
