Members of the Baguio-La Trinidad-Itogon-Sablan- Tuba-Tublay (BLISTT) Governing and Policy-Making Board
composed of local chief executives of the member local governments and officials of concerned government agencies recently met to organize the required Technical Working Group (TWG) that will formulate the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act (RA) 11932 which created the Metropolitan Baguio City, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan,
Tuba, and Tublay Development Authority (MBLISTTDA).
