A Foster Care Forum will be held on October 7, 2017 at 12nn-5pm in Perfecto Building of the Saint Louis University (SLU). The forum’s registration is free. It features parenting foundation of the Philippines, DSWD and insights from foster parents. This was announced in a Kapihan on Foster Care at the Center for Cultural and the Arts (CCA) Hall of SLU.
