La Union governor Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III presents the 2019-2022 Medium-Term Strategy to the Provincial Development Council (PDC) on Tuesday, May 28 at the Diego Silang Hall of the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
The presentation focused on Tourism which is the emphasis of the Mid-Term Strategy.
