Mayor Benjamin Magalong with City Health Officer Dr. Rowena Galpo, Dr. Donna Tubera-Panes, and ABC President Councilor Michael Lawana presided an emergency meeting 29 Sept. 2020 at the Baguio Convention Center.
COVID-19 updates on the increasing cases and new control measures were discussed including gatherings and tourism reopening.
