The Melodica and String Ensemble composed of 25 youths from Upper Engineers Hill Barangay performs during City Hall flag-raising rites on April 4.
The group was formed by Ray Olarte and is actively serving in church activities. Punong barangay Amado Felizardo has been supportive of the musical group showcasing their talent in barangay functions.
