MENTAL HEALTH WEEK
Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas and SOFAD Governor Kezia Keren A. Liwan leave a green hand mark on the Mental Health Commitment Tree as a symbol of their vow to support and ensure mental health awareness in the community as the Province commemorates World Mental Health Week. Spearheaded by the Provincial Health Office (PHO) headed by Dr. Meliarazon Dulay, the celebration with the theme “Mental health is a universal human right” aims to promote mental
health education and awareness at every level of the society.
