In a gesture of goodwill and cooperation, the newly appointed Department of Interior and Local
Government (DILG) Region 1 Regional Director, Jonathan Paul M. Leusen, Jr., CESO III, paid a courtesy call to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David on July 4, 2023. The meeting, which took place at the provincial capitol, aimed to strengthen the partnership between the DILG and the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU).
