New e-sabong PAGCOR licensee to start operations this December

Capas, Tarlac – The electronic platform of Kamura Highlands Gaming and Holdings, Inc., the newest PAGCOR licensee in the country’s electronic sabong (esabong) industry, has already been approved signaling start of its operations.
Philippine Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)‘s Rodenmar Gatdula, e-sabong licensing department chief and a team of professionals who conducted appropriate online platform and system evaluations of Kamura Highland Gaming’s sports complex at Capas, Tarlac also signaled Kamura Highland’s start after satisfactorily meeting government’s final requisites.
Kamura Highlands Gaming was welcomed by PAGCOR mid November authorizing the newest entrant to the electronic cockfighting world to conduct e-sabong betting operations. Such operations are subject though to regulations and requirements including safety and health protocols as identified by the LGUs and the Inter-agency Task Force Against Emerging Diseases (IATF-IED).
Premiering its games this December at its Capas, Tarlac cockpit arena, Kamura Highlands Gaming’s operation is already sanctioned by the Capas, Tarlac local government taking into account its public health protocol-compliant amenities and equipment.
Lawyer Arturo de Castro, President of the World Slashers Alliance (WSA) welcomed Kamura Highlands Gaming into their fold, promising an excellent professional relationship with the firm “to benefit e-sabong aficionados around the country.”
WSA, de Castro vowed, ‘will follow the different trends in online sabong by not competing (among breeders), but helping game fowl breeders showcase their winning bloodlines’.
