NO CELL PHONE WHILE WALKING

Locals and tourists in Baguio City have to comply with the recently amended anti-distracted walking ordinance, which prohibits the use of mobile devices while walking on the sidewalks or crossing the streets. Baguio Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan said on Tuesday (Sept. 12, 2023) the amended ordinance lowered the penalty to 10 days of community work and removed
the fines.
